Entrepreneur with a need for speed. Curtis is always in the fast lane. He has worked with his hands his entire life and saw a raw opportunity to start his own business. He grew his own brand Just Let Me Do It commercial services into a National brand, he owns several other companies and recently became the CEO to an international manufacturing company. Curtis has a vision for success and always works with integrity.
In Curtis’s earlier years he always worked hard and put his family and faith at the forefront of everything.
His favorite things to do is collect cars, spend time in his garage and he loves spending time on his boat with his family and friends
Colleen Pyle

Who is Colleen Pyle?
Entrepreneur and business owner pioneer. Colleen Pyle is the CEO of Just Let Me Do It Commercial services which she franchised and grew nationally. Just Let Me do it is the Parent company to four other companies that Colleen manages and over sees. She also holds space in the property management sector with owning several properties along with a retail store. Colleen is always looking for new adventures and opportunities. She recently acquired an international manufacturing company, TCU Industries which is a parts manufacturer for several different automotive parts and composite pieces.
Since Colleen’s early years she has always been passionate about working for herself, staying focused, and growing and scaling businesses. She loves to take risk and most have paid off with great success.
Her greatest joy in life is her faith and family. She has a husband, son and two daughters which she loves to spend time with. Her favorite thing to do is spend time at her lake house with her family, friends and pups.
Jay T. Drake

Who is Jay Drake?
Jay is one of the top leading design engineers in the composites industry. By nature he is an entrepreneur and an over achiever. Jay specializes in mechanical design and has made quite a name for himself in the automotive, industrial, motorsports, power-sports, and technical material industries. Jay is a problem solver and always manages to find the perfect solution to solve unforeseen issues. During his impeccable career in engineering, Jay always excelled at taking on challenges and finding breakthrough solutions in the automotive, system controls, materials and industrial machine industry.
In Jays career he has had the privilege of carrying multiple titles along the way. He has earned these titles by always being diligent in his work ethic, not to mention his genius engineering and problem solving skills. Jay has acquired such titles as Engineering Technical Director, President, CEO, Crew chief, Design-inventor and sports car builder. Over the past decade, Jay has spent a lot of time focusing on the development and implementation of the composites material industry. In just about every industry today, there is a growing need for advanced composite materials to replace heavy, low strength, non-recyclable materials. Using Jays broad knowledge in Mechanical Design Engineering applications, Jay has been able apply these materials on a wide range of todays products.
TCU Industries partnered with Jay solely based on his knowledge of the industry and knowing it would take the composites industry to a higher level of competition. Jay is amazing at his skill set and his personality makes it easy to work with him. Jay, along with the founders of TCU Industries are dedicated and determined in applying advanced materials to today’s product solving needs. Jay is currently developing applications in anti-ballistics, protective shielding, acoustics, aerospace, telecommunications, and OEM automotive, just to name a few.

Julianne Reeger
CFO
Who is Julianne Reeger?
Business executive with the drive to build businesses success. She has been a part of several business ventures and has successfully been a part of growing a Commercial Construction Company into a national franchise over the past 10 years, as well as working with an Auto Detailing Retail store. She is well adapted in accounting and finance with the ability to structure multi level businesses and give them solid foundations to grow upon. Julianne takes on challenges and is always looking for ways to better develop a system to benefit a company. There is no problem that comes to Julianne that a solution will not be found.
Over the past decade, Julianne has worked closely with the owners, Colleen and Curtis Pyle, in all their entrepreneurial pursuits and successes. Through dedication and hard work, She has worked her way through multiple titles and positions making her well versed as a business woman. She takes pride in what she does and is always ready to take on a new project or task with the ability to problem solve through any situation. Because of Julianne’s attributes and success in other business, TCU Industries has brought her onto their team as CFO.
When Julianne is not in the office, some of her greatest passions are spending time outdoors whether that be a drive to the mountains to hike, a day on the lake, a walk through a vineyard, or simply chasing waterfalls. She loves her dog Roo who accompanies her to work and on her daily travels wherever that may be. She also loves her friends and family and spends time with them any chance she gets.
